Hello! As I promised, I am presenting you a post from our new gym! The photos were taken by Tomek Fabia艅ski, my friend from the company. As you can see we have advanced Kettler tool thanks to which we can work out on various muscles part. BOSU balls are perfect for balance training, they are great to make ankles and knees stronger and also, they stabilize pelvis in a right position. But my favourite tool is TRX band. It is a special device for traning is suspension. I use for plank and its various version and to pull myself up. The BOSU ball makes this workout even harder as I need to control my balance.
